SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

Welcome to Crafted Karigari. We are committed to delivering your favorite jewelry pieces safely and on time. We partner with India’s leading logistics providers like Shiprocket to ensure a seamless delivery experience across the country.

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 24 to 48 working hours (excluding Sundays and National Holidays).

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation via Email/SMS/WhatsApp with your unique tracking ID.

2. Estimated Delivery Timelines

We deliver Pan-India. The estimated time for delivery is as follows:

  • Metros & Tier 1 Cities: 3 to 5 working days.

  • Rest of India (Tier 2/3 & Rural areas): 5 to 7 working days.

  • Please note: Unexpected weather conditions or regional strikes may occasionally cause slight delays.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Prepaid Orders: We offer FREE SHIPPING on all prepaid orders across India.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): A nominal COD fee may apply to cover additional handling costs by the courier partner. This will be visible at the checkout.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

  • To ensure serious buyers, we may perform a Verification Call or WhatsApp confirmation before dispatching COD orders.

  • Please ensure you are available at the provided address to receive the parcel. Repeated RTOs (Return to Origin) may lead to the permanent blocking of COD services for your account.

5. Damage in Transit & Missing Items

  • Every piece of jewelry is packed with extreme care in Crafted Karigari premium packaging.

  • Mandatory Requirement: In the rare event of damage during transit, a Continuous Unboxing Video (without any cuts or edits) is mandatory for us to process your claim.

  • Any claims for missing items or damages must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with the video proof.

6. Address Accuracy

The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address (including Pincode and Landmark). If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address or the customer being unavailable, re-shipping charges will be applicable.
