REFUND & RETURN POLICY

At Crafted Karigari, we strive to provide high-quality, durable, and premium jewelry. Since our products are personal lifestyle accessories, we maintain a strict yet fair return policy to ensure hygiene and product integrity.

1. 7-Day Return/Exchange Window

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange for your purchase. After 7 days, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Mandatory Unboxing Video (Anti-Fraud Policy)

To protect our brand and ensure that any claims regarding damage or missing items are genuine, a continuous, unedited unboxing video is mandatory.

  • The video must show the shipping label clearly.

  • The video must be recorded from the start of opening the seal until the product is fully inspected.

  • Without this video proof, no claims for damages or missing items will be entertained.

3. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must be in the original Crafted Karigari packaging with all tags intact.

  • Items showing signs of wear, perfume scents, or alterations will not be accepted for return.

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items purchased during a Flash Sale or using a special clearance discount code.

  • Custom-made or personalized jewelry pieces.

5. Refund Process

  • Prepaid Orders: Once your return is received and inspected, the refund will be processed to your original payment method (Bank/UPI) within 5–7 working days.

  • COD Orders: For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be provided via Store Credit (Discount Coupon) or Bank Transfer upon receiving valid bank details from the customer.

6. Shipping for Returns

  • If the return is due to a manufacturing defect or our error (wrong item), Crafted Karigari will arrange a free reverse pickup.

  • For returns based on personal preference (change of mind), the customer will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs.
