REFUND & RETURN POLICY

At Crafted Karigari, we strive to provide high-quality, durable, and premium jewelry. Since our products are personal lifestyle accessories, we maintain a strict yet fair return policy to ensure hygiene and product integrity.

1. 7-Day Return/Exchange Window

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange for your purchase. After 7 days, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Mandatory Unboxing Video (Anti-Fraud Policy)

To protect our brand and ensure that any claims regarding damage or missing items are genuine, a continuous, unedited unboxing video is mandatory.

The video must show the shipping label clearly.
The video must be recorded from the start of opening the seal until the product is fully inspected.
Without this video proof, no claims for damages or missing items will be entertained.

3. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
It must be in the original Crafted Karigari packaging with all tags intact.
Items showing signs of wear, perfume scents, or alterations will not be accepted for return.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Items purchased during a Flash Sale or using a special clearance discount code.
Custom-made or personalized jewelry pieces.

5. Refund Process

Prepaid Orders: Once your return is received and inspected, the refund will be processed to your original payment method (Bank/UPI) within 5–7 working days.
COD Orders: For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be provided via Store Credit (Discount Coupon) or Bank Transfer upon receiving valid bank details from the customer.

6. Shipping for Returns

If the return is due to a manufacturing defect or our error (wrong item), Crafted Karigari will arrange a free reverse pickup.
For returns based on personal preference (change of mind), the customer will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs.
